Cross Courts Squash & Fitness

Cross Courts Squash & Fitness has four air-conditioned indoor squash courts, along with a fitness room and access to personal trainers.

Junior squash clinics run at beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite levels. The club also offers lessons, leagues, tournaments, exhibitions and video analysis, with coaching for every age and skill level. The fitness room has Cybex equipment, including cardio machines that each have a television. Other facilities include a lounge and bar with seating and a flat-screen TV, locker rooms with steam rooms, individual showers and wooden lockers, and ample parking.
