Take your game from solid intermediate to confident, competitive play . This high-impact 2-hour training session is designed for players ready to refine skills, improve consistency, and elevate their tactical decision-making.

The first hour is focused, high-rep drilling centered around a weekly shot theme. You’ll break down mechanics, build accuracy, and develop reliable shot execution under pressure.

The second hour transitions into live scrimmage play , where you apply those skills in real game situations. This is where everything comes together—better shot selection, smarter positioning, and increased confidence in competitive play.

🎯 Weekly Skill Focus

Each week features a different shot with structured drilling and live application. Drop in weekly or attend regularly—every session builds your game.

⚠️ PLEASE READ — Skill Rating Note
