APC Game Improvement: Freeze Play or Performance Lab

Freeze Play — Learn in the moment.

Play real games with Coach Adam guiding the action. We’ll pause at key moments to work on positioning, anticipation, shot selection, partner movement, and smarter point construction. See what’s happening, understand your options, and put better decisions into practice.

Performance Lab — See the patterns.

Your gameplay is recorded and analyzed using PB Vision alongside Coach Adam’s observations. Afterward, you’ll receive personalized feedback highlighting your strengths, biggest opportunities, and actionable next steps.

Select Freeze Play, Performance Lab, or “Help me choose” when signing up. Your selection helps Adam prepare; the session format will be confirmed based on the group’s preferences and goals.
