Intro to Pickleball (Start here!)

Never played before? Start here! This 1-hour session is made for complete beginners. A coach will teach you everything you need to get on the court and start playing, with no experience needed.

You’ll learn the basics step by step, practice each skill, and finish by playing your first real games. By the end, you’ll know how to serve, keep score, and rally with confidence.

What you’ll learn:

How to hold a paddle and hit basic shots

How to serve and return

Scoring and the key rules, including the kitchen

Where to stand and how to play with a partner

Your first games, with a coach there to help

Who it’s for: Brand-new players and anyone who has played only once or twice and wants a solid start.

What to bring: Athletic shoes and water. Paddles and balls are provided.

What’s next: Once you’ve got the basics down, join Intro to Pickleball: Coached Gameplay to get more game time with a coach before jumping into open play.
