Cardio Pickle

About this event

Join us for action-packed, non-stop rallies in Silver Cardio Pickleball.

In this session, the coach will direct players to practice certain shots (e.g., drop shots, drives, dinks, overhead smashes, etc.) as part of full court doubles play. Players will be required to perform certain shots, at certain times, to win rallies and become the leader of the court! This is a fun and exciting way to improve your game while being in constant play for the entire event. Different rounds of shot-based objectives during continuous rally play will provide improvement in your game and an enjoyable time for all who attend.

Silver Level:

Silver players have more pickleball experience, and may have a racquet sports background. These players may struggle to hit, and may avoid backhands. They understand all the fundamentals, but are still developing their 3rd shot strategy and execution, and can be inconsistent with their dinks and volleys.

Estimated DUPR Range: 3.0 - 3.5
