PICKLEBALL FOR PARKINSON'S

MOVE WITH PURPOSE, PLAY WITH JOY

A supportive pickleball program at YMCA Silver Spring designed for individuals living with Parkinson's disease. Led by instructors trained in APDA Parkinson's techniques , this program provides a safe, welcoming environment where participants can improve movement, build confidence, and connect with others.

Pickleball offers a fun and engaging way to improve coordination, balance, mobility, and overall well-being while fostering meaningful social connections.

At the Y, we combine expert instruction, supportive peers, and an adaptive approach to help every participant thrive.

No YMCA membership? No problem!

Pickleball for Parkinson's is free and open to the community thanks to support from the Parkinson's Foundation.
