FDC* DRILLING SESSION BEGINNERS (NEW-2.99) Transitions & Resets

About this event

STEP #6 DRILLING: TRANSITIONS & RESETS

FRESH DILL CLUB (FDC)

Beginner · Structured Drilling

The middle of the court is where most beginners panic caught between the baseline and the kitchen, no idea whether to move, freeze, or swing.

That changes today.

This session is built around the part of the game nobody talks about but everybody struggles with: moving through the transition zone and resetting the point when a ball comes at you hot. Get this right and you'll stop losing points to panic, you'll know exactly where to be and what to do when you're caught in between.

What you'll train:

How to move through the transition zone without getting stuck

The reset shot, softening a fast ball back into play instead of popping it up

Reading when to advance vs. when to hold your ground

Footwork patterns to close the distance to the kitchen line safely

✅ Beginner-friendly environment

✅ Step-by-step guidance every drill

✅ No experience needed just a willingness to improve

✅ Small group · Max 8 players

This is not open play. This is intentional training built for players who want to stop dreading the middle of the court and start controlling it.
