Cancellation Policy

Cancellations MUST be made at least 14 hours prior to the start time to receive a full refund if paid in advance. Late cancellations made after this window will be penalized:

• Non-Members: Charged the full clinic amount.

• Members: Charged a $10 late cancellation fee.
