About this event
Moving forward can feel dangerous when you’re still learning to protect yourself. This class teaches a simple approach to defense so you can stop flinching, reaching, and turning away from the ball. You’ll leave with more confidence protecting your body first, so you can then expand that confidence outward to cover more of the court.
