About this event
Fine-tune your transition game under match-realistic conditions. Work on dropping and resetting against aggressive net players, choosing the right touch from mid-court, and seamlessly advancing to the kitchen as a coordinated team. We'll incorporate live rally sequences where communication and shot recognition determine whether you earn the net or get pushed back. This is where competitive points are won and lost.
