Live Ball with Coach Sara Ash

About this event

Live Ball | Match Speed Training

Overview

Live Ball is built for players who want to train the way they actually play. Instead of isolated drilling, every rep happens inside real point structures, at real pace, with real decision making required.

This is where practice starts to look like match play.

Performance Focus

Each session emphasizes:

Live point starts from serve, return, and mid rally situations

Reading and reacting to real shot speed and placement

Transition zone decisions made under actual match pressure

Applying patterns and shot selection in unscripted play

Communication and positioning with a live partner in real time

Training moves from mechanics into application. Every rep counts as a point.

What You'll Develop

Faster read and react skills under true match conditions

Better decision making when points don't go as planned

Improved composure and consistency in live rally exchanges

Stronger carryover from practice to league and tournament play

Confidence executing shots without a predictable feed

Who This Is For

Ideal for players who have the fundamentals in place and want to close the gap between drilling and competing. This format works best for players ready to be tested in situations that mirror real match play.

Players should be comfortable rallying and ready to compete point to point, not just repeat drills.

Commitment Standard

Live Ball rewards focus and adaptability. Players are expected to compete every point, apply feedback in real time, and treat each rep like it matters…
