STEP 3: PLAY TENNIS MON AM

About this event

Step 3: Play Tennis

Step 3: Play Tennis is designed to help players develop the skills needed to begin and sustain real points and rallies with confidence.

Specifications:

Age: 18+

Duration: 4 weeks/ 1x a week

Ball Type: Green Ball

Court Size: Full court 78'x 36'

Players will learn how to:

• Start points with a more consistent serve

• Receive and control different heights, speeds, directions, and distances of groundstrokes

• Improve volley skills and net play fundamentals

• Develop movement, court positioning, and overall consistency

The program begins using modified courts and green balls , which are slightly slower and lower bouncing than regular tennis balls. This allows players to learn faster, build confidence, develop proper technique, and experience longer rallies earlier in the learning process.

The goal of Play Tennis is simple: help players become more confident, rally longer, and successfully begin playing live points in a fun, social, and supportive environment.
