About this event

Senior Open Play: 50+

This open play session is designed for players ages 50+ who are looking for a fun, social, and active pickleball environment. Players of varying skill levels are welcome. Members and visitors are welcome to join.

How it works:

Games are played to 11 points, win by 2.

We use a paddle stacking system to keep rotations fair and organized.

Players place their paddles in the rack to show they are “next up.”

When a court opens, the next 4 paddles are pulled, and those players go in.

Rotation Rules:

If 4 new players are waiting, all 4 players who just finished must leave the court so the next group can rotate in.

If there are only 2 paddles waiting, the winners stay on the court for another game while the losing team rotates out.

Always place paddles in the bins in order and be mindful of the stacking system so that everyone gets fair playing time.

Additional Notes:

Senior Open Play: 50+ focuses on creating a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere with consistent court rotations and plenty of opportunities to play.

Players can expect a balance of recreation, exercise, and friendly competition throughout the session.

Please be respectful of rotation rules to ensure everyone has equal opportunities to play.

Staff may step in to help manage paddle stacking or court flow if needed.

Good sportsmanship and positive energy are encouraged to help make the experience enjoyable for everyone.
