About this event
Just like high intensity interval training in the gym, this session is a great workout on the court. Work on all your strokes in a fun, fast paced environment.
Minimum skill requirement: low intermediate. Players should be able to rally to benefit from this session.

Non-members: $38
Rates include HST.
