Transition Zone Defence (with Tamara Bick)

About this event

3-Hour Transition Zone Defense Clinic

Learn how to move from the baseline to the kitchen line with greater control, confidence and consistency.

This 3-hour clinic focuses on one of the most important parts of the game, transitioning forward while defending effectively. You’ll work on the skills and decisions needed to survive the transition zone, reset the ball, take away your opponent’s attack and earn your way to the kitchen line.

Expect a combination of instruction, focused drills and coached game situations so you can take what you learn directly into play. Perfect for players looking to level up their game and feel more confident during open play, leagues, recreational matches and more competitive play.
