Where strength meets rhythm. This is a high-vibration class, led by our Certified Personal Fitness Trainer; Christian Amaraut. Christian fuses fundamentals of strength training while combining pulse-pounding music to keep you moving and motivated. Each class includes a proper warm-up, combined with circuit exercises based on key functional movement patterns. In addition, HIIT, core, and plyometric exercises will generate a
positive feel-good energy for the end of your week. Each class wraps up with a restorative cool-down, leaving you feeling confident, and refreshed for the weekend!
