About this event

Court Confidence with Coach Deb

Court Confidence with Coach Deb is a four-week series designed specifically for women 50+ who want to become more confident, intentional, and effective on the pickleball court.

Each 90-minute class combines instruction, purposeful drills, and game-based application to help you understand not just how to hit the shots—but when to use them, where to be, and how to make better decisions under pressure.

WEEK 1: Positioning, Movement & Control

Learn how strong positioning and efficient movement can make the game feel easier. We'll work on court positioning, balance, movement patterns, and hitting while under control.

WEEK 2: Surviving the Transition Zone

Develop the skills and decision-making needed to confidently move from the baseline to the kitchen. Focus areas include third-shot drops, resets, transition-zone positioning, and knowing when to advance.

WEEK 3: Kitchen Strategy & Dinking with Purpose

Stop dinking just to keep the ball in play. Learn how to use placement, patience, positioning, and purposeful dinks to create opportunities and put opponents under pressure.

WEEK 4: Controlled Aggression

Learn when—and when not—to attack. We'll focus on speedups, counters, placement, recognizing attackable balls, and using controlled aggression to take advantage of opportunities without giving away points.

The Goal

By the end of the series, you'll have a better understanding of where to be, what shot to choose, when to attack, when to reset, and how to stay…
