6-Week Player Development Program (4.0+)

Six weeks. Four players. One coach. A better game.

Taught by elite coach and professional player Sammy Lee, the 6-Week Player Development Program (4.0+) is a structured training experience built around consistent coaching, high-repetition training, and applying what you learn in real points and game-like situations. Each 2-hour session builds on the previous week, allowing you to address weaknesses, develop your strengths, and build a more complete, confident game.

Weekly 2-hour sessions with a clear focus and progression from week to week

4:1 player-to-coach ratio for maximum attention, reps, and individualized coaching

High-level instruction and professional insights from Sammy Lee

Focused training covering technique, footwork, shot selection, mental game, strategy, and more

Individualized coaching and feedbackbased on your specific game

Live, game-like situations to apply skills and strategies under pressure

The same four players and coach each week, creating a consistent training environment and allowing the group to build together

Training May Include

Volleys, attacking, counter-attacks, and hands battles

Resets and transition play

Third-shot drops, drives, and decision-making

Dinking patterns, pressure, and consistency

Court positioning, movement, and footwork

Serve and return execution

Shot selection and point construction

Pattern recognition and strategy

Competitive play with real-time coaching and adjustments
