Awareness Drills & Round Robin

About this event

Awareness + Application

What if improving your pickleball game started with simply noticing more?

This small-group class is designed to help you become more aware of what is happening in your game—how you move, where your attention goes, what changes under pressure, and the patterns that show up during play.

During the first hour, you'll be guided through drills and activities designed to slow things down, increase awareness, and help you discover what is actually happening rather than immediately trying to fix it.

During the second hour, you'll put that awareness into action through guided play. You'll receive individualized feedback based on what is happening in your game, helping you connect what you're noticing and feeling with technique, movement, and decision-making.

The goal isn't to give you more things to think about. It's to help you become better at noticing, adjusting, and trusting yourself on the court.

Limited to 4 players for individualized attention.
