About this event
Beginners: for children with little to no previous experience with badminton at the time of registration. The focus of this group is to introduce the sport of badminton, learn rules of play and establish basic fundamental skills while having fun.
Intermediate: for players with previous badminton experience. The focus is to build on the developed foundational skills and prepare for many more advanced techniques. Overall physical strength, fitness, and agility will be trained through various exercises, including multi-shuttle drills and game drills.
The groups are combined for warm-up and cool-down activities. Students are sub-divided by our coaches to train on separate courts otherwise.
