Players will reinforce the five key fundamentals-grip, set-up, contact point, hitting zone, and recovery-while placing a strong emphasis on consistency, directional control, and cooperative rallying. Drills and guided point play will help players develop timing, spacing, and the ability to maintain a rally with a partner.
