Winter Jr Program - Orange Ball 1 (ages 8-9) - Saturday 10:00am- 13 weeks

About this event

For beginners or children who are learning the basic fundamentals of the game. Players in this program can hit the ball over the net but lack control and are unable to maintain a rally.

This program places a strong emphasis on the five key fundamentals of tennis-grip, set-up, contact point, hitting zone, and recovery-while introducing directional control, and consistency. Through a combination of drills, games, and point play, athletes will improve their movement, coordination, and rally skills. By the end of the program, players will be able to sustain short rallies and demonstrate improved stroke technique with increased ball control (height, speed, spin).
