U14-17W Attack Series Session #4: Practicing Different Shots

Athletes will learn and practice different ways to manipulate the ball, including cross-body attacks, drop thumb, drop pinky, deep shots, and controlled tips. The session will focus on reading the court, identifying open space, and using different shots intentionally to challenge the defence and become a more versatile attacker.

About the Coach:

Madison Hoppus is a Sherwood Park volleyball athlete and coach with over 10 years of competitive experience. She played five seasons at MacEwan University , transitioning from left side to defensive specialist and libero.

Madison has represented Alberta as a Team Alberta athlete and has coached within the provincial program. She brings a high-energy, athlete-focused approach to Peak, helping players build strong fundamentals, confidence, and game awareness.
