Red Ball — Foundations
Discover tennis through movement, confidence, and connection.
Designed for young players (ages 4–8) with little to no prior tennis experience. This program teaches the fundamental skills of tennis in a fun, positive, and active environment.
This class will focus on:
Physical development including, footwork, coordination, motor skills
Technical fundamentals for the forehand, backhand, volleys, and serve
Building the foundations to progress to reaction based strokes, hitting while moving, and learning to rally
Teamwork based challenges and individual fun and competitive games
After 20–32 weeks of consistent play (1–3x per week), most players are ready to advance to Red Ball Play
