Skills Series: Overheads & Lobs - Eastside

About this event

Join us for a fun, energetic clinic that teaches you how to handle high balls with confidence, whether you’re attacking or defending. Perfect for anyone who wants to stop feeling panicked on lobs or inconsistent with overheads.

Who This Is For:

Players who can rally but want a more reliable way to finish points and defend lobs effectively.

If you’ve ever felt:

– Unsure how to track high balls

– Nervous moving backward

– Unbalanced during overheads

– Frequently beat by well-placed lobs

You’ll Walk Away With:

Improved overhead mechanics, balanced footwork, smart targeting, and better reads on opponent lobs. You’ll feel more in control during offensive and defensive high-ball situations.

• Take this as a one-time session, or

• Use a pass to train consistently across multiple skills
