Skills Series: Backhand Confidence - Eastside

About this event

✨ Struggling with your backhand during real games? You’re not alone.

Many players feel confident on their forehand side… but tense up the moment the ball comes to their backhand.

Maybe you:

• Avoid your backhand entirely

• Pop balls up under pressure

• Feel rushed during faster exchanges

• Struggle controlling counters or resets

• Lose confidence when handling pace

Backhand Confidence is designed to help players feel calmer, more stable, and more capable using their backhand during real gameplay situations.

------------------------------

What you’ll work on in this class:

• Backhand counters & punch volleys

• Backhand drives & handling pace

• Backhand dinks, resets & control under pressure

Our focus is not just mechanics — it’s helping players feel more confident and functional during actual gameplay.

This class also includes guided gameplay integration and coached live play so players can begin applying these skills in realistic game situations.

------------------------------

Good to know:

• Recommended for players who understand basic gameplay and can sustain short rallies

• Great for league/open play players looking to build more confidence

• Loaner paddles available if needed

• Just wear comfortable athletic clothes and court shoes

Cancellation Policy: Please withdraw at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If less than 48 hours and you find a replacement (or we do), you will receive a credit for a future class. Within 24 hours: no refund (must withdraw to avoid $10 no-show fee).
