Women's Stroke Lab (2.7+ DUPR)

About this event

Break Old Habits. Build Better Strokes.

For women with a DUPR rating of 2.7+ who are serious about improving their technique and willing to step outside their comfort zone!

This is NOT your typical pickleball clinic!

Women's Stroke Lab is a technical training series focused on developing more efficient, consistent, and repeatable stroke mechanics.

We'll break down the fundamentals of how you hit the ball, focusing on grips, swing paths, contact points, weight transfer, unit turns, and footwork.

Every week, we DRILL, DRILL, and DRILL some more!

Through high-repetition, purposeful practice, we'll work on developing and refining the mechanics behind dinks, volleys, drives, drops, serves, returns, overheads, speed-ups, and resets.

Be prepared to get uncomfortable!

Improving your technique sometimes means changing habits you've developed over years of playing. New grips, swing paths, and movement patterns may feel awkward at first. That's part of the process!

We'll slow things down, isolate specific movements, make adjustments, and repeat them until better mechanics begin to feel natural.

This clinic is for players who are willing to work, experiment, make mistakes, and embrace the challenge of getting better.

We'll work hard, push outside our comfort zones, and, of course, have a blast doing it!

Less playing. More purposeful practice. Better strokes.
