Jennifer's Pickleball Group - Beginners & Intermediates

About this event

Jennifer's Pickleball - Beginners & Intermediates

Open Play Rules

On the Social Courts, you will find beginner-friendly open play. Players need to know the basic rules. Contact Jennifer if you need to schedule a lesson.

Paddle up in the rack. When players come off, the first players in line on the rack grab their paddles and head to the court.

Winners of the game stay on for a second game.

Non-Winners come off court and put their paddles up in the rack at the back of the line.

If the Winners win a second game, they either need to split to separate sides of the court for the third game or all 4 players need to come off.

Challenge Court Rules

On the Challenge Courts, you will find more assertive intermediate play.

Paddle up on the challenge court rack.

Winners stay on court indefinitely as long as they keep winning.

Challengers get the choice of serve of side.

Sometimes we play Luck of the Draw or Lazy River style and have a potluck!
