Skills: Intermediate+ (~3.0-3.5)

Program:

Week 1 (10/30) - Net but Net - Aggressive dinks, volleys, counters, rolls & flicks, ernies and the elusive ATP. We'll practice it all and level it up the net game!

Week 2 (11/6) - Serves & 3rds - Two of the most important part of the game. This session is all about strategy and shot selection.

Week 3 (11/13) - Resets, defense & transition - Getting comfortable at being uncomfortable. Drills that helps you fight for another point with the goal of moving forward.

Week 4 (11/20) - Full court! - Taking weeks 1-3 and putting it all together. Gameplay, LiveBall and Drill scenarios!
