Description: Join us on the courts at The Local Pickle every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a fast-paced, high-repetition hour dedicated strictly to mechanics and muscle memory. Because no two matches are the same, our drill progressions rotate every session to keep you challenged and adapting.
Depending on the day's focus, this session will run you through targeted reps covering essential mechanics, including:
Kitchen Mastery: Dinking consistency, changing directions, and strategic placement.
Transition Zone: Executing reliable third-shot drops and resets under pressure.
Offense & Defense: Timing your speed-ups, defending attacks, and recognizing pop-ups.
Court Positioning: Effective poaching and covering the middle.
