About this event
Mixed Doubles Ladder – 8-Week League
Enjoy competitive mixed doubles, rotating partners, and time to socialize in this eight-week league!
Weeks 1–7: Ladder Play
Two-hour weekly sessions in groups of six: three men and three women.
Rotate partners and opponents, with two players resting each game.
Playing time and rest breaks will be balanced throughout the season.
Register individually—no partner required!
Week 1 is a placement session, with groups assigned alphabetically within each gender. Following each session, individual point differential (points scored minus points allowed) will determine eligible movement between neighbouring groups. Players may move up or down a maximum of one group per week.
Week 8: Team Championship
The three men and three women in each of Groups A and B qualify for the championship. A random draw pairs Group A men with Group B women and Group A women with Group B men, creating six mixed doubles teams.
Teams compete in a round robin, with the top two advancing to the championship match!
