Session 14:
For adult players, our Mourat oglou High Performance Adult Tennis Camps offer competitive and aspiring players a top-level experience to help them improve. We group players by UTR, age, and skill level so each person gets focused coaching in a supportive and challenging environment.
Daily Schedule (subject to change):
Day 1: Friday - Groundstrokes
9:00am to 12:00pm: Morning Clinic - 3 hours
6:00pm: Optional evening clinics
Day 2: Saturday - Volleys
9:00am to 12:00pm: Morning Clinic - 3 hours
3:00pm: Optional wine tasting
Day 3: Sunday - Strategy
9:00am to 12:00pm: Morning Clinic - 3 hours
Hydration and nutrition breaks are built-into the day. Fresh fruit and healthy snack are provided.
Each Camp Session Includes:
9 hours of world-class coaching and programming in the Mourtagolou teaching methodology.
Player assessment and level-based group placement.
Daily focus on high-performance match-play.
Fitness, movement and strength training sessions specific to tennis.
End-of-session individual player report: next step evaluation for future training and competiton goals.
Full use of the TTR Club ammenities: tennis, pickleball, pool, spa, gym, infra-red saunsas, bocce!
Full payment is due at registration to reserve your spot (refundable up until 7-days prior to start of session).
