BRONZE CLINIC (Beginners & Elementary · US Squash Rating ≤ 2.5)

Begin your squash journey here! Our Bronze clinics are designed for beginners and elementary-age players (US Squash rating no higher than 2.5), building the technical foundations for a lifetime of enjoyment and competitive play in a supportive, encouraging environment.

To support steady skill development and optimal progression, players are encouraged to attend more than one session per week .

Session Duration: 45 MINUTES

What Players Will Learn:

Technical Fundamentals: Grip, swing, and essential footwork and movement patterns, progressing to more advanced tactics.

Confidence Through the Competition Ball: Clinics use a standard-size "Competition" ball with 10% longer hang-time, allowing longer, more engaging rallies that build racquet skills and confidence.

Match Readiness: The goal is to prepare players to graduate to a standard ball and play in local tournaments.

Each Bronze clinic is staffed by an assigned professional giving personalized, hands-on instruction — far more individual attention than a practice, keeping players focused, improving, and having fun.

Weekly Schedule:

Tuesday: 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM

Thursday: 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM

Sunday: 2:30 PM – 3:15 PM
