Cardio Pickle (Non-DUPR)

About this event

This event incorporates some drills with action packed, non-stop rallies. The coach will be directing players on certain shots (i.e. - drop shots, drives, dinks, overhead smashes, etc.) that will be incorporated into full court doubles play. Players will be required to perform certain shots, at certain times, to win rallies and become the leader of the court! This is a fun and exciting way to improve your game while being in constant play for the entire event. Different rounds of drill objectives in continuous rally play will provide improvement in your game, as well as provide an enjoyable time for all who attend.

Non-DUPR Gold players have more pickleball experience, and may have a racquet sports background. These players may struggle to hit, and may avoid backhands. They understand all the fundamentals, but are still developing their 3rd shot strategy and execution, and can be inconsistent with their dinks and volleys.

Estimated DUPR Range: 3.0 - 3.75
