We’re excited to introduce our new integration with PourMyBev, allowing clubs to offer self-pour beverage stations that automatically charge players through their CourtReserve account.
Here’s how it works:
- Players scan a PourMyBev QR code at your beverage station.
- The system activates the tap and tracks their pour in real time.
- Charges are automatically added to their CourtReserve account—no manual transactions needed.
It’s a frictionless and modern amenity that not only adds value to your club experience but helps simplify operations at the same time.
🆕 Save My Play Integration: AI Sports Video, Made Easy
Give your players the ability to capture and relive their sessions with our new integration with Save My Play—an AI-powered video solution for sports facilities.
With Save My Play and CourtReserve:
- Players can select a court, set the duration, and start recording right from their reservation flow.
- Videos are delivered to their My Recordings tab, and they’ll receive a notification once their session is processed.
- No complex setup or external hardware needed.
This integration adds a high-end service offering for clubs that want to elevate the player experience and embrace smart tech.

Mass Update Events: Save Time with Bulk Changes
Managing multiple events just got way easier. Our new Mass Update Events tool lets you apply changes to multiple events in one go—starting with membership rules.
It’s the first step in a series of planned bulk-management tools that will streamline programming updates, especially for clubs running recurring or seasonal events.
Note: Currently supports membership updates only, with more mass-edit options coming soon.
Auto-Assign Packages to Memberships
Looking to offer monthly packages as perks? You can now automatically assign packages to specific membership types on the 1st of each month.
- Assign once, and it recurs automatically
- Packages expire at the end of the month
- Works for lessons, bookings, and events
This is a great way to offer added value to premium members, reduce manual admin work, and drive ongoing engagement.
Preferred Payment Profiles for Members
Let members set it and forget it. With Preferred Payment Profiles, players can now designate their preferred payment method—which will be auto-selected at checkout and used for recurring charges.
This reduces failed payments, minimizes friction, and ensures a smoother transaction experience across the board.
