The first of the 2026 calendar year is in St. Augustine, Florida on January 28-29. Future 2026 events are to be announced.
No. All travel arrangements and expenses (flight, hotel, Uber, rental car, etc) are up to you to book. Each venue will be close to established hotels and bed and breakfasts that you can book independently.
CourtReserve Catalyst will include both an educational and collaborative environment. We will have modules of CourtReserve to teach on, small group training sessions, and other times, you'll want to engage, contribute and offer insight to the rest of the group.
Subject to availability, yes. We encourage you to buy tickets for your team.
Foremost, you receive a seat in a CourtReserve Catalyst event to absorb content, training & collaboration. We will provide a light breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks & drinks during the event. Travel & Accommodation are not included in the ticket price.
This is professional casual. We want you to be comfortable, so we'd probably recommend what you wear regularly and make sure to dress for the season!

We've cut our usual Catalyst registration fee in half to celebrate our 10-Year milestone and make it easier for admins and teams to attend. At the St. Augustine event we've added a BONUS DAY of roundtable discussions focused on real-world CourtReserve best practices and peer collaboration. To keep the events small and personal, we are limiting the number of attendees to around 40. Tickets will be sold first come, first served.
