1. Trusted by 2,000+ racquet & paddle sports clubs

This year, we reached a major milestone: 2,000+ racquet and paddle clubs now rely on CourtReserve to support their day-to-day operations — from court reservations and memberships to programs and payments.

Behind that number are thousands of clubs doing the real work: opening facilities early, juggling packed schedules, growing communities, and creating places where people come to play. Being part of those daily operations — big and small — continues to shape how we build.

What started as a solution for a handful of clubs has grown into a trusted system supporting facilities of all shapes and sizes. With 2,000 active clubs and counting, we’re energized for what’s next: deeper integrations, stronger partnerships, and even more ways to help clubs spend less time on admin and more time creating unforgettable play.

2. Announced $54M growth investment with Mainsail Partners

October 2025 brought exciting news, CourtReserve announced a $54 million strategic growth investment from Mainsail Partners, giving our team more support to keep building what clubs actually need — today and as the industry evolves.

Looking toward 2026, our mission remains the same, only stronger:

  • Build closer connections with clubs and players
  • Reduce everyday challenges and friction
  • Share more knowledge and support across the racquet sports community

We want to help clubs expand their reach, bring more people into play, and strengthen the fabric of the sports we love. And with this next chapter, we’re positioned to move faster, think bigger, and deepen our impact across the community.

To our team, our customers, and our partners — thank you for showing up, sharing feedback, and helping shape what CourtReserve is becoming!

 3. Celebrated 9 years of CourtReserve

CourtReserve marked its 9th anniversary in 2025 — a moment to pause and reflect on how far the platform, and the community around it, have come. What started nearly a decade ago has grown through countless conversations, iterations, and partnerships with clubs who challenge us to keep building better every day.

Reaching year nine is a reminder that CourtReserve has always been shaped by the people who use it — club owners, staff, pros, and players who care deeply about their communities and the sports they support.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re already setting our sights on a bigger milestone: CourtReserve’s 10th year. We can’t wait to celebrate it together — and to keep building what comes next.

4. Strengthened our teams and extended support hours

In just one year, CourtReserve’s headcount grew 34% — adding new teammates across product, development, customer support, and more. It’s a reflection of the momentum behind CourtReserve and our continued investment in the people building, supporting, and improving the platform every day.

Even better, it helped us show up more consistently for our customers. With more coverage in place, we expanded support hours to better serve clubs coast to coast — including evenings and weekends — so help is available when questions come up, events are running, and courts are busiest.

Heading into the new year, we’re focused on growing thoughtfully and strengthening the experience for every club we serve.

5. Introduced Network Memberships for multi-location clubs

Network Memberships marked an important step forward for multi-location organizations. With this release, CourtReserve made it easier for members to access multiple sites — while giving clubs a clearer way to manage membership access, pricing, and location-specific rules in one place.

Clubs like Dill Dinkers are already using Network Memberships to deliver a smoother experience across locations and cut down on admin work behind the scenes.

Looking toward 2026, we’re excited to support even more clubs as they scale — without the added complexity that usually comes with growing a footprint.

6. Hosted Catalyst across five U.S. stops

CourtReserve Catalyst came to life in 2025 as a multi-city tour, bringing racquet and paddle club leaders together for hands-on learning and real connection.

With 75+ organizations attending across five U.S. stopsfrom Charlotte to Seattle — Catalyst became a space for training, collaboration, and the kind of peer-to-peer learning you only get in-person.

Through expert sessions led by the CourtReserve team, interactive power-user conversations, and small-group workshops, racquet sports clubs walked away with sharper skills and new ideas to strengthen day-to-day operations.

More than anything, Catalyst reinforced our commitment to supporting clubs not just through software, but through community and collaboration.

So, we’re bringing Catalyst back in 2026! Expect more focused learning, live demos, peer roundtables, and plenty of room to dig into the details. The tour kicks off this January in St. Augustine with more stops to come soon. We hope to see you there!

7. Expanded CourtReserve’s integration suite

CourtReserve’s integration suite grew in 2025, helping clubs connect more of their day-to-day operations in one place.

Here are the new integration partners we announced this year:

  • Brivo – Secure, automated access control tied directly to bookings and memberships

  • Save My Play – Court video, match recording, and AI video replays for players

  • PourMyBev – Self-serve beverage access connected to member accounts

  • Swish – Integrated scoring and competition experiences

  • API Access – Greater flexibility for custom workflows and third-party tools

Together, these additions reduce manual work and help create smoother experiences across your facility. Heading into 2026, we’ll keep expanding the ecosystem in ways that make clubs run simpler and feel more connected. Stay tuned for future announcements!

8. Launched the CourtReserve Unscripted podcast

In 2025, we launched CourtReserve Unscripted — our podcast hosted by Co-Founder Ashley Owens.

With 20+ episodes now live on YouTube and Spotify, the series features unfiltered conversations with club owners, pros, executives, and industry insiders shaping tennis and pickleball.

From club growth strategies and leadership insights to emerging trends across racquet sports, Unscripted creates space for honest dialogue about what’s really happening behind the scenes of successful clubs.

We’re just getting started with Unscripted — and in 2026, we’re excited to keep the conversations going and bring even more perspectives to the table.

9. Built a stronger learning hub with 20+ new webinars

After launching in 2024, our Spark Webinar series kept growing in 2025. With 20+ new webinars, clubs got hands-on guidance, real examples, and best practices they could use right away — without having to figure it out alone.

Topics ranged from newsletters and member portal upgrades to scheduling, payments, and deeper dives into key integrations, all built around the questions clubs are asking in real time. The goal stayed simple: help staff feel more capable, more confident, and more in control inside CourtReserve.

Going into next year, we will continue to grow our webinar series into an even more valuable learning hub for the CourtReserve community.

10. Rolled out Interac Debit payments in Canada

CourtReserve expanded in-person payment options for Canadian clubs by introducing Interac Debit via Stripe  —  giving players a familiar, widely used way to pay at the front desk using supported Stripe terminals.

Fully integrated with CourtReserve’s billing system, Interac Debit supports payments for court bookings, events, lessons, and POS sales, with clear visibility across receipts, billing history, and financial reports. Clubs can also issue in-person refunds and allow players to preload account credit using Interac.

For Canadian clubs, this means a smoother, more flexible checkout experience at the facility — built around a payment method players already trust.

As we head into 2026, we’re committed to strengthening CourtReserve’s capabilities further — so clubs can operate smoothly and serve members wherever they are.

11. Attended 50+ racquet sports industry events

CourtReserve spent 2025 out in the field, attending 50+ events across the tennis and pickleball landscape.

Each stop — from RSPA meetups and USTA regional events to RacquetX City Series, IAPPF conferences, Picklecon, and more — gave us the chance to listen, learn, and connect face-to-face.

These moments keep us close to the people and ideas shaping racquet sports, helping us learn faster, build smarter, and stay grounded in what clubs need most.

In the year ahead, we plan to keep showing up, swapping insights, and staying close to what clubs need next.

Wrapping up 2025

2025 was a year of meaningful progress at CourtReserve, but what mattered most were the people behind every milestone.

None of these milestones happened without the clubs who challenge us to improve, the partners who collaborate alongside us, and the team that shows up every day with care and purpose. Every update, event, and conversation helped us build a platform that better supports the communities at the heart of racquet sports.

As we close out the year, we’re grateful for the trust you place in us — and focused on carrying that momentum forward. Thank you for being part of the CourtReserve story.
