CourtReserve was built around one simple belief: racquet sports are stronger when communities are well supported. As 2025 comes to a close, we’re grateful for the clubs and people who bring that belief to life every day.
As we wrap up 2025, we wanted to pause and say thank you.
CourtReserve exists because of the club owners, directors, coaches, and teams who trust us to help run their communities every day.
We don’t take that lightly. Whether you’re managing a single set of courts or a growing multi-location operation, we’re grateful to be part of how your club shows up for players.
This year marked an important chapter for CourtReserve. We partnered with Mainsail Partners to raise $54M in growth investment. A milestone that allows us to move faster, build deeper, and support clubs at a larger scale, without losing what makes CourtReserve what it is.
Our mission hasn’t changed. It’s simply expanding. For years we said, “the dream is not for sale.” Now we’re saying something new: the dream is to scale, so we can continue to serve the industry better.
Listening closer. Learning faster. Building smarter.
As we grow, one thing is especially important to us: making sure your voice is heard. We want to hear from you more, and we don’t want your feedback, ideas, or perspectives to feel like they disappear into a void.
In the year ahead, we’ll be expanding our teams and creating more opportunities for collaboration so we can stay tightly connected to how clubs actually operate. And, make sure we’re building the right features and continuing to strengthen the ones you already rely on.
You’ll also see us invest more deeply in data and analytics. We don’t just want CourtReserve to help you operate your club. We want it to help you learn from how you operate.
That means clearer insights, more meaningful reporting, and tools that support data-driven decisions around operational efficiency, programming, and member retention.
As the calendar turns, we also know what this season brings for clubs. Renewals, pricing changes, new programs, fuller courts, and more players back in motion.
A little preparation now can make a big difference in how smoothly January starts. Reviewing your memberships, financials, pricing, programming, and player communications before the year ends helps prevent confusion later and keeps your operations steady when activity ramps up again.
That’s why we put together a simple year-end checklist and walkthrough. Avoid busywork. Close the year cleanly and start the next one with confidence.
Even tackling a few core areas now can save time, reduce questions, and make the new year feel more organized for both your staff and your players.
Looking ahead to 2026, our focus remains the same: removing friction, building tools that reflect how clubs actually operate, and helping racquet sports communities grow and connect through play.
We’re excited about what we’re building next and even more excited to keep building it with you.
Thank you for an incredible 2025. We hope you’re able to slow down, enjoy the season, and take pride in the communities you’ve created.
We’ll be here, ready to support you in the new year.
