Player-Led Registration
For players, Team-Based Registration makes signing up faster, easier, and more transparent. No more texting back and forth to coordinate teams — players can handle everything within the platform.
Players can:
- Register with a partner from the member list or invite a guest
- Split payment between team members or pay the full fee if registering a guest
- View real-time team spot availability during drop-in registration
Admin-Led Registration
Admins get powerful new tools to simplify event setup and manage partner registrations across one or multiple event dates. From the Scheduler to the Event List, managing team entries is now fully integrated into the CourtReserve workflow.
Admins can:
- Create team-based events with a few clicks
- Register one or both team members manually from the Scheduler or Event List
- Override restrictions like waivers or ratings
- Manage payments directly from the Transactions tab
- Control email confirmations and configure guest rules

- Create a new event and enable Register as a Team
- Set your team size (default and max is 2)
- Configure payment and guest rules
- Start accepting team registrations!
