2:122 minutes, 12 secondsimportant to provide more than one provider in a space or in a service. So that way customers are going to have the
2:192 minutes, 19 secondsability to pick and choose which provider works best based on their specific needs. So we’re also looking for different providers that are going
2:282 minutes, 28 secondsto have some unique aspects to the service that they provide. That way um we are, you know, giving different

4:264 minutes, 26 secondsAwesome. Great. All right. So the first thing I’ll go over is how we can enable this integration and the things that you will need to do prior to actually
4:344 minutes, 34 secondsutilizing the integration. So if you have not started using Playate already or have not already talked to their team, the first thing that I will point
4:434 minutes, 43 secondsout is we do have a sales request form in our knowledgebased article that’s going to be right up here. And that form
4:514 minutes, 51 secondsonce you fill out that information is going to go straight to play site sales team. So once you fill out that form,
4:574 minutes, 57 secondsthey will get all of your information and they will reach out to you and begin learning more about your wants and needs and eventually starting that onboarding process.
5:065 minutes, 6 secondsThe other thing that you will want to do once you have been onboarded with Playsite is you will have to sign our disclaimer in order to use the

6:246 minutes, 24 secondsWe want to scroll down to the bottom additional features row. And on that additional features page, we are going
6:306 minutes, 30 secondsto see the video recording integration option. So, once we have checked that there and we go to the setup page, the
6:396 minutes, 39 secondsfirst thing that you’ll want to do is you’ll want to choose which provider you’re going to be integrating with. So in this case, we’re going to be selecting play site. And then from
6:486 minutes, 48 secondsthere, there’s going to be three fields that we need to fill in in order to validate your play site account. It’s going to be the username and the
6:566 minutes, 56 secondspassword to your login for the play site portal. So this won’t be your court reserve login. This will be your login to get into the play site admin portal.
7:067 minutes, 6 secondsAnd the last thing that we’ll need is your facility ID from plays site. This should be provided to you during the onboarding process with Playsite. But if you have not received your facility ID,
7:187 minutes, 18 secondsyou can always reach out to PlaySite support team and they can provide that for you. If you’re already talking with our support team, feel free to let them
7:267 minutes, 26 secondsknow that you don’t have your facility ID from PlaySite. We can always CC their support team and make sure that you get that facility ID so that you can begin using the integration.
7:387 minutes, 38 secondsThe last thing I’ll point out before we actually get into the setup for the integration is this update credentials button. Since we are using the log to
7:467 minutes, 46 secondsthe PlaySite portal, if there ever is a reason that you need to change your password or your email on the PlaySt,
7:547 minutes, 54 secondsyou will want to make sure you update those credentials on this integration setup page as well since we’re using those login credentials to validate your

8:108 minutes, 10 secondsintegration. So the first thing that we’re going to see is we’re going to see a list of all of our courts inside of play site. And the first thing we’ll
8:188 minutes, 18 secondswant to do is map the court reserve court to the play site court. So in this case, we can hit the edit button and
8:268 minutes, 26 secondswe’ll just want to select which court reserve court should be mapped with this specific play site court.
8:328 minutes, 32 secondsThe other column that we’re going to see here is activity type. So if this is a smart court and there is the ability for AI highlights on this specific court
8:418 minutes, 41 secondshere, we are going to be reading that information from play site side. So you will be able to easily find which specific courts can have the AI highlight selected as a recording type.
8:548 minutes, 54 secondsSo this is going to become an additional option that players would be able to select from when they’re initiating that recording. They’ll be able to do just a
9:039 minutes, 3 secondsunedited recording with no analytics or highlights or they can choose the AI highlights option which will give them
9:109 minutes, 10 secondsall of those stats, analytics and highlights after their recording has been processed. And this kind of ties into one of the differences between save
9:199 minutes, 19 secondsmy play and play site. So with Save My Play, the two recording types are going to be full, which is just an unedited recording, and then a condensed
9:289 minutes, 28 secondsrecording, which is going to use AI to cut out all of the dead time in that recording. Whereas with Play Site, their
9:359 minutes, 35 secondsAI option is going to be an AI highlights that give you some stats,
9:399 minutes, 39 secondssome highlights, um, and things like that whenever that recording has been processed.
9:459 minutes, 45 secondsSo after we have actually mapped our courts with the play site courts from court reserve, the next setting we would
9:529 minutes, 52 secondsbe able to use here is the eligible to opt in for recording. So when we check this setting here, this is going to be
9:599 minutes, 59 secondswhat makes Play site visible for members on the mobile app. And I’ll go over the player experience after the setup page.
10:0710 minutes, 7 secondsSo that way we can actually look at what the player would experience after the integration is up and running.
10:1410 minutes, 14 secondsBut after we check off this setting here, there’s going to be some additional optional settings that we can set up here if we would like to um just
10:2110 minutes, 21 secondsdepending on how we want this integration to work at our facility. So the first thing that I’ll point out is the show to following memberships dropdown.
10:3110 minutes, 31 secondsThis allows us to pick and choose which memberships will actually have access to initiating a play site recording from
10:3810 minutes, 38 secondsthe mobile app. So, if we only want to offer this maybe to our paid memberships, but we don’t want to give guests or non-members access to actually
10:4710 minutes, 47 secondsinitiating a recording, we would be able to do that from here. But another way that we could set this up is maybe we do
10:5510 minutes, 55 secondswant to offer this to all of our different membership types, but we want our recording costs to differ based on the specific membership type the player
11:0311 minutes, 3 secondshas. We would also be able to do that as well. So, in this little call out right here, you’ll see that recording cost can
11:1011 minutes, 10 secondsbe set up under booking settings on the cost page. And we do have a little shortcut that will take you right there.

11:2011 minutes, 20 secondscosts, and then court costs, once we have a video recording integration enabled for this facility, we’re going
11:2811 minutes, 28 secondsto have a new section all the way on the bottom of this page where we can set up our recording costs. And just like our court cost, we would be able to set these up by specific membership types.
11:3911 minutes, 39 secondsSo again, if we want to go in and we want to say our premium membership has a lower hourly rate versus our guest membership, we would be able to do that.
11:4911 minutes, 49 secondsI have also seen an example where a facility has set up a membership that is basically just like their premium
11:5711 minutes, 57 secondsmembership, but then it also has unlimited play site access. So in that case, you know, we could set up a different membership for this unlimited
12:0512 minutes, 5 secondsplay site access membership and then we can make the recording cost zero and and maybe we just want to set up the the actual membership price to sort of consider the unlimited play site access.
12:1712 minutes, 17 secondsSo that that is a route that we could go here um when thinking about the structure and how we want to price and offer the play site integration.
12:2812 minutes, 28 secondsSo from there once we have chosen the membership types that we want to allow access to play site and once we have set
12:3512 minutes, 35 secondsup our recording costs we have a few more settings on the setup page. So next we can choose if there should be a tax rate associated with any fee that gets

12:5312 minutes, 53 secondsout here is whenever there is a fee generated from a play site recording, it is going to generate as a miscellaneous
13:0113 minutes, 1 secondfee on the player’s account. So if you actually want your recording cost to go into a specific bucket that you can filter from on your financial reporting,
13:1113 minutes, 11 secondsyou could go in here and you could create a recordings revenue category. So that way any play site fee that gets
13:1913 minutes, 19 secondsgenerated in your facility is going to fall into this specific revenue category bucket. And that way you can easily

13:3413 minutes, 34 secondsThe last thing I’ll touch on here is the recording restrictions, which I think is a pretty essential setting here to consider. So, these recording
13:4313 minutes, 43 secondsrestrictions are going to allow us to decide when a player can and can’t record specific courts at your facility.
13:5013 minutes, 50 secondsSo, first setting here is no restrictions. They’re able to record any courts at any time. But the second option here is going to be booked courts
13:5913 minutes, 59 secondsonly. This means that a player is only going to be able to record that specific court or courts if they have a
14:0714 minutes, 7 secondsreservation or an event or a league registration on that specific court. So,
14:1214 minutes, 12 secondsif we do want to make sure that players are only recording the courts that they actually have a booking or a registration on, this is a great option.
14:2114 minutes, 21 secondsUm, but we do also have a restriction that kind of takes that another step forward. So, we have booked courts only
14:2814 minutes, 28 secondsafter check-in. So, if we have front desk staff that is manually updating the check-in statuses for a player when they
14:3514 minutes, 35 secondsenter the facility or if we have a selfcheck-in kiosk set up at our facility that a player’s always going to be scanning when they enter, we can use
14:4414 minutes, 44 secondsthis restriction and we can say players can only record on courts that they have a reservation on. And then on top of that, they can
14:5314 minutes, 53 secondsonly initiate that recording after they have checked into the facility for that specific reservation or that specific registration that is on their account.
15:0515 minutes, 5 secondsSo that’s going to be the setup here for the integration. Once we have eligible to opt in for recording checked, that
15:1215 minutes, 12 secondsmeans the play site row is going to be visible on the mobile app homepage for your players. And then of course if we want to sort of limit who can use this
