What is CourtReserve Academy?

CourtReserve Academy is hands-on training for clubs in onboarding and for staff who need to get fluent quickly. Onboarding gets your account configured. Academy is where your team learns to run it.

Sessions follow the order a club gets built. Members before memberships, memberships before payments, and the settings everything else depends on before the things that depend on them. Each one connects back to the Club Growth Flywheel, so you can see where the piece you're learning fits.

You work in your own sandbox account, not a demo. The scenarios are real and the settings are yours, so what you configure during the two days is still there when you get home.

Foundations

How CourtReserve works, for anyone new to the platform or new to their role.

Setup that holds

Our recommendations for configuring the system properly, so decisions made during onboarding still make sense a year later.

A day in the life

Real front desk scenarios worked through in your own account, so your staff can run the daily workflows unsupervised.

Time with our experts

What we'll cover

A full day of instruction, then a half day of hands-on training. Day one covers the settings everything else depends on. Day two moves into the workflows your staff touch every time they log in.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Catalyst?

Academy is foundations, for clubs in or near onboarding, and covers running the platform day to day. Catalyst is for clubs already up and running who want strategy, roadmap and time with other operators.

Where and when is it held?

CourtReserve Academy will be hosted at Old Coast Pickleball, St. Augustine, FL on the following dates:

  • Sept 14–15, 2026
  • Oct 5–6, 2026
  • Nov 2–3, 2026
  • Dec 7–8, 2026

2027 dates will be announced closer to the new year.

What does it cost?

Academy pricing is tailored to your club's size, goals, and format, so there's no one-size-fits-all number. Meet with our team and we'll build you a custom quote that fits what you're trying to accomplish.

Who should attend?

Owners and managers in onboarding, front desk and operations staff new to the platform, and clubs that recently finished onboarding who want their team sharper. New staff at an established CourtReserve club get a lot from it too.

Do I need to have started onboarding?

It helps. The material is built for clubs that have committed to CourtReserve or are in the onboarding process. If you have just signed on, you will get the most from it.

I just hired new staff. Can they come?

Yes. Academy is one of the fastest ways to get a new hire up to speed on a system your club already runs.

We have used CourtReserve for years. Is it worth it?

If you have new staff, or your team learned the platform piece by piece and never got the full picture, yes. The room is built for onboarding-stage clubs, so set expectations there.

What are the two formats?

Instruction and hands-on practice. We teach the concept and the why, then you apply it in a live software playground - 'sandbox' – using real club scenarios.

What should I bring?

A laptop and charger. If you've started onboarding, bring your club configured as far as you've taken it.

What should I expect when I attend?

Instruction, hands-on practice in your own account, and time to compare notes with other clubs at the same stage.

What is the Club Growth Flywheel?

The five-stage framework we use for how clubs grow: Organize, Manage, Engage, Customize, Expand. Every Academy session connects back to one of these pillars
