Academy is foundations, for clubs in or near onboarding, and covers running the platform day to day. Catalyst is for clubs already up and running who want strategy, roadmap and time with other operators.
CourtReserve Academy will be hosted at Old Coast Pickleball, St. Augustine, FL on the following dates:

If you have new staff, or your team learned the platform piece by piece and never got the full picture, yes. The room is built for onboarding-stage clubs, so set expectations there.
Instruction and hands-on practice. We teach the concept and the why, then you apply it in a live software playground - 'sandbox' – using real club scenarios.
