More about Rally Pickleball Club

Rally Pickleball Club was built by four co-owners who shared a simple belief: the world would be a happier place with more pickleball in it. Founded in Auburn, Washington in 2024 as a veteran-owned operation, Rally set out to create a true community hub for players of all levels.

Today, Rally Pickleball Club is a 50,000 square-foot facility featuring 14 cushioned courts, a pro shop, youth and adult programming, video analysis capabilities, an indoor golf simulator, and more.

From the start, Rally was designed to run lean. Before the founding team signed their lease, they had already chosen CourtReserve as their operating system. Nearby clubs were already on the platform, and tapping into an existing network of operators and players gave Rally a running start. "Choosing the correct software to run our operations was the #1 priority to hit the ground running," says co-owner and General Manager Dillon Eugenio.

Now, CourtReserve sits at the center of how Rally operates, keeping the facility lean without sacrificing player experience, operational control, or club growth.

Players book, check in, and pay on their own, getting from the parking lot to the court without staff involvement. Behind the scenes, programming is intuitive and fast to build, so Rally can keep offerings fresh without it becoming a project. "We have about 5,200 players at Rally each month," Dillon says, "and CourtReserve takes care of each of them."

With point-of-sale built into the platform, Rally knows exactly what's in stock at any given time and gets notified automatically when levels run low, so the pro shop stays stocked without any manual tracking required.

When it comes to staffing decisions, Rally lets the data lead. Heat map reporting shows exactly when court traffic peaks and for how long, allowing the team to ground scheduling decisions in real numbers instead of guessing.

With a strong member base established, Rally's focus has shifted to attracting beginner and youth players. CourtReserve's Public Booking feature has been central to that effort, letting first-time players book without a membership or account. “The Public Booking feature has been phenomenal," Dillon says. "They can sign up for an event without the emotional commitment of becoming a member."

As Rally's operation has matured, so has their use of CourtReserve's partner ecosystem. Through webinars, product releases, and Catalyst events, the team has added Swish, Patch Retention, and SaveMyPlay, each one extending what their platform can do.

With a lean operation already humming, Rally is focused on what's next. The team is adding CourtReserve's access control integration, which will allow the facility to run unmanned during early morning and evening sessions, bringing in new revenue and saving them a projected $34k in annual labor costs.

For Rally, operational efficiency is just the means to an end. What truly matters is what happens on the other side of it — members greeted by name, stress melting away, and a community that keeps growing one player at a time.
