CourtReserve now integrates with Pickleheads Ultra, giving clubs one connected way to run pickleball leagues from registration to final standings.
With this integration, players register and pay in CourtReserve, exactly like they do now. That registration syncs to Pickleheads, a leading platform built for competitive pickleball play, where the league runs, and scores, matchups, and standings stay updated all season.
For clubs, that means running a full league without re-entering scores, chasing DUPR submissions, or reconciling standings by hand.
CourtReserve powers your club. Pickleheads powers the play.
The Pickleheads integration is available now to every CourtReserve facility. New facilities get a free 60-day founding-facility trial of Pickleheads Ultra, including the integration, with personal onboarding from the Pickleheads team. Additional charges from Pickleheads may apply after the trial.

Why clubs are investing in integrations like CourtReserve + Pickleheads
Instead of using a single platform that tries to do everything, forward-thinking operators are building flexible, open tech stacks: choosing the best tool for each job and connecting them together.
The CourtReserve + Pickleheads integration follows the same logic. You already run your club in CourtReserve: bookings, memberships, billing, staff, and reporting. The Pickleheads integration adds a purpose-built tool for competitive play on top of it all, connecting the two platforms so they run as one.
The result is that your club management stays exactly where it is, and your leagues get an engine built to run them from start to finish, all without adding complexity to your operations.
“Running great programming like leagues and round robins is the core of what clubs do, and their players deserve technology that keeps up. We spent seven months working with the CourtReserve team, including two months testing with clubs in live leagues, to get the details right. I couldn’t be prouder of what we built together, and I can’t wait to help more clubs run their best events yet.” — Brandon Mackie, Co-Founder & COO, Pickleheads
How the CourtReserve + Pickleheads integration works
- Players register in CourtReserve, the same as always. Nothing about how you handle payments, waivers, or court bookings changes.
- Players link their Pickleheads and CourtReserve accounts. They can link their accounts from their Personal Information page or during registration for their first Pickleheads event, and they carry over to every event after.
- The event syncs to Pickleheads on its own. You mark the event as a Pickleheads event and pick your format; player lists and event details sync over with nothing to re-enter.
- Players show up ready to play. Everything they need for the night — court, matchups, format — is waiting in the Pickleheads app when they walk in.
- Scores and standings update as play happens. Players enter their own scores, standings update with them, and results flow to DUPR for linked players.
That’s the mechanics. What they add up to is a club that runs leagues with less lift and more return on them.
Run leagues that keep members coming back
Open play fills courts, but leagues fill seasons. Leagues and round robins are what turn a casual player into a member who reorganizes their week around your club, and they matter more every year as the market gets more competitive.
The catch is that great leagues have always been hard to run well. Scheduling, standings, score entry, DUPR submission, keeping teams straight across a twelve-week season. It takes real staff time, and when one piece breaks, your most engaged players are the first to notice.
The CourtReserve + Pickleheads integration takes that work off your plate. If your club already runs leagues and round robins, this helps you run it from end to end, with less manual work. Players get more, too: they enter their own scores, watch the standings update, and follow their stats, keeping them invested from week to week.
And if you haven’t run leagues before, you can launch your first event as soon as this week, without changing how your club works today.

Nothing changes for admins
Adopting the CourtReserve + Pickleheads integration doesn’t change how your club runs day to day. Memberships, waivers, and reporting all stay exactly where they are. When a player signs up for a league in CourtReserve, their registration syncs to Pickleheads — no duplicate data entry on your end.
The first time a player joins a league, they link their Pickleheads account right from their profile, or during registration, and they’re set for good. Your staff can also add any player manually, with or without an account. Guests are tracked cleanly, and if they create an account later, their history merges into one profile. So, you can launch a league today and let players link at their own pace.
Everything a league needs, start to finish
Getting a pickleball league going takes a few steps in CourtReserve: mark your event as a Pickleheads event, pick your format, and choose the Pickleheads League it belongs to. That’s it. From there, each date syncs over to Pickleheads on its own, and teams stay together on the leaderboard all season.
When the season wraps, the final standings are already settled, so naming your champion is a matter of reading the leaderboard, not reconciling a spreadsheet first.

Automatic syncing, protected setup
This CourtReserve integration keeps your leagues current on its own. New registrations, changes, and cancellations sync automatically, so the leaderboard reflects them without you pushing updates through by hand.
At the same time, the system honors any changes you make. Players you add manually won’t get overwritten, and your teams stay intact. You can even add players after a session has started without breaking your existing league setup.
And you can always check the details. Every sync, registration, and account link is logged in CourtReserve, so you always have a clear record of what synced and when.
Syncing this way takes the manual work off league organizers and adds time back to the week. Dill Dinkers West End in Atlanta runs its weekly league calendar on the integration, and their director estimates it saves at least two hours a week.

Accurate DUPR ratings without the legwork
If your club runs DUPR-rated leagues, keeping everyone’s rating current usually means entering results by hand after every session. This integration takes that off your staff.
Once a player links their DUPR account in CourtReserve, their league results flow to DUPR automatically — nothing for your staff to key in. If a player isn’t linked, your staff can add a DUPR ID whenever, even after a session ends, and those results still count.
One beta customer estimates the integration saves their director of programming around eight hours per league on DUPR entry alone.
Turn league play into more revenue per court
As the racquet sports market gets more crowded, programming is where clubs make their margins.
Bigger formats do a lot of the work. They fit more than four players per slot, sometimes six or more. That means a single prime-time court holds more paying players — up to 50% more, by Pickleheads’ estimate.
The CourtReserve + Pickleheads integration is what turns that into revenue. Because players register and pay in CourtReserve, a fuller court bills straight through the setup you already run.

Your league nights, handled
Take a Tuesday league. Setup is a one-time job at the start of the season: in CourtReserve, you build the recurring event, choose your format, mark it as a Pickleheads event, and pick the Pickleheads League it belongs to — so the whole series runs as one season, not a string of one-off nights. Five minutes, and you’re done until the season ends.
Registrations come in through the week on their own. By Tuesday evening, players show up already knowing their court and their first matchup. They enter their own scores as they play, and the standings update as they go.
By the time the last match wraps, the night’s winner is set, and the standings are current before anyone’s out the door, already talking about next week. No one waiting around, no clipboard to reconcile.
